From Newtown Aycliffe:

To our Cleveland Street location: 

• Start in Newton Aycliffe and drive southwest on local roads towards the A167
• Join the A167 and head south towards Darlington for 6 miles
• Once you reach Darlington town centre, use signs for A167 > North Road
• For our Cleveland Street site, turn onto Albert Road or Forge Way once in central Darlington to reach Cleveland Street and look for signage pointing towards our site

To our Valley Street North location:

• Starting in Newton Aycliffe town centre, head south on the A167 (Heighington Lane)
• Continue on the A167, which connects Newton Aycliffe and Darlington
• Stay on the A167, passing through Ferryhill and the A1 Junction 59 interchange
• Once past the junction, continue to Darlington town centre on the A167, which becomes North Road
• As you near central Darlington, look for signs pointing to Valley Street North
• Turn onto Valley Street North and proceed to our site

From Stockton:

To our Cleveland Street location:

• Starting in Stockton town centre, head onto the A66 westbound toward Darlington
• Continue along the A66 for roughly 10-12 miles, passing the outskirts of Darlington
• As you approach Darlington, follow signs for Darlington West/North Road
• Exit onto North Road (A167), driving into the town centre 
• Turn onto North Road, then divert left onto East Mount Road, and then right into Cleveland Street
• Follow Cleveland Street until you reach our site

To our Valley Street North location:

• Starting in Stockton town centre, drive west onto the A66
• Stay on the A66 for about 10-12 miles, crossing Surtees Bridge over the River Tees 
• As you approach Darlington, follow signs for the A167 (North Road) exit
• Merge onto the A167 and continue toward Darlington town centre
• Look for signs pointing towards Valley Street North - you’ll go via North Road / East Mount Road into the street
• Turn into Valley Street North and continue to our site 

From Yarm:

To our Cleveland Street location:

• Starting in Yarm centre, take the A67 Thirsk Road heading west toward Kirklevington
• Continue on the A67 through Kirklevington toward the A66 junction
• Merge south-west onto the A66, crossing the River Tees, and follow it toward Darlington
• Stay on the A66 for 6-8 miles until the Darlington bypass exit
• Exit onto the A167 (North Road) heading into Darlington Town Centre 
• Once on North Road, proceed to the junction with East Mount Road, then turn right onto Cleveland Street
• Follow Cleveland Street and find our site on your left

To our Valley Street North location:

• Starting in Yarm Centre on the A67 (High Street), head west toward Kirklevington
• Continue along the A67, passing through Kirklevington to reach the A66 junction
• Merge onto the A66 westbound dual carriageway and follow signs for Darlington
• Stay on the A66 for 6-8 miles until you reach the Darlington bypass exit
• Take the exit onto the A167 (North Road) heading into Darlington town centre
• Proceed into town on North Road, then turn left onto East Mount Road, then a right turn onto Valley Street North
• Follow Valley Street North to our site
